There’s also a chance that this could be completely inaccurate, so please don’t come after us with a chef’s knife if it turns out to be incorrect, ploise!

MasterChef Australia 2025 Winner Leaked

Former MasterChef producer Alexandria Funnell – who has been sharing cheeky behind-the-scenes insights for a while now – took to TikTok to answer some frequently asked questions about the show, potentially revealing a major hint about the winner.

“One little tidbit for this season is I know somebody, well, I know a few people currently working on it, and they told me that people will not be pleased with the winner,” Alexandria disclosed, as reported by Chattr.

“I haven’t watched this season, so I’m not sure what that implies. I don’t know if it’s significant or if it’s leaking anything, but people might be potentially displeased, according to an insider.”

MasterChef Australia fans in the comments were quick to piece things together and deduced that she was probably referring to Laura Sharrad.

“That tip confirms my suspicions that Laura is going to win. They are really pushing her as the winner. She’s a fantastic cook, but I do feel it’s been somewhat unfair to the other contestants,” one person remarked.

“Laura, lol,” another person guessed.

Meanwhile, a third commented: “Well, it’s quite obvious by stating people will not be happy with it… there’s one contestant it must be.”

Another commenter warned Alexandria that she might face backlash from MasterChef Australia fans who were trying to avoid spoilers.

“That tip confirms my suspicions that Laura is going to win. They are really emphasizing her as the winner. She’s a great cook, but I do feel it’s been rather unfair to the other contestants,” one person noted.

“Did I spoil it!?” Alexandria replied.

“Well, it’s quite apparent by saying people will not be happy with it… there’s one contestant who people absolutely dislike,” the follower responded.

She didn’t exactly confirm she was referring to Laura, but it was the most popular guess in the comments section and even reached Reddit.

Well, I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see if there’s any truth to this gourmet gossip!
